(Except Washington City)
NOTICE: BY ACCEPTING THIS PERMIT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL ACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR
FROM LOOSING CONTROL OF YOUR BURNING,
INCLUDING FIRE SUPPRESSION COSTS!
This BURN PERMIT is for basic yard clean up of weeds and trimmings.
No trash, building materials, or field burns are allowed.
The burn must be in small piles and running water must be available at all times.
Please do not leave the fire unattended at any time and if the wind comes up,
you must extinguish it immediately.
The fire must be out by sundown.

Contact Leeds Fire Department for approval for unincorporated areas.
